Validation & Validation Methods
The accessibility of the pages of this Web site are
validated using several methods. First, the pages are validated
using the Accessibility option in Microsoft FrontPage 2003, the
authoring software of this Web site. Secondly, it is reviewed
for clarity, spelling, and grammar by our webmaster. Lastly, it
is validated by numerous accessibility tools on the Internet.
On December 1, 2004, this Web site was validated
for accessibility errors as defined by the Web Content Accessibility
Guidelines (WCAG) 1.0. Numerous Priority 1 and Priority 2
accessibility errors were detected and we are working to correct them.

Hyperlinks - The hyperlinks in this Web site are not underlined
as in most Web sites. Instead, the text is decorated with bold
lettering and is automatically underlined when the cursor hovers
over the hyperlink.

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) - This Web site was
developed using Cascading Style Sheets. Cascading Style Sheets
is a simple mechanism for adding style (e.g. fonts, colors, spacing)
to Web documents. Since style sheets are a relatively new feature
